CSH Surrey is Surrey's largest and longest established NHS community services provider. It has been running NHS health services, provided in homes, clinics, hospitals and the schools of Surrey, since 2006.
Using Billmonitor’s software has enabled CSH Surrey, among other successes, to reduce their average monthly cash cost by 35% per user for their 2,125 connections. This was realised through a comprehensive Request-for-Proposal process to consolidate all mobile phone and data-only connections with one provider on a discounted public sector tariff. In addition, Billmonitor focussed on right-sizing underutilised or dormant connections to increase savings. This combined with a significantly increased hardware fund resulted in a near 50% reduction of CSH Surrey’s net contract costs.
