How do I remove my personal details, such as my password for online billing, from Billmonitor?

Log in and go to https://www.billmonitor.com/consumer/account/settings/, where you will find a red "Delete my account" button at the bottom of the page. Alternatively, email us at feedback@billmonitor.com or simply click here, and we’ll make sure all your personal account information is deleted and your bills will no longer be analysed.
