I've changed networks: how do I change my details?

As Billmonitor users do not have editable accounts, you will need to start a new bill analysis with your details from your new account on your new network.

To do this, simply log in at https://www.billmonitor.com/users/login/, and then click on the "account" dropdown and select "add another number", or you can go to https://www.billmonitor.com/consumer/account/add-new-number/.

To close your expired account, either click on the link to unsubscribe at the bottom of one of our recent emails about that account, unsubscribe or delete it at https://www.billmonitor.com/consumer/account/settings/, or email us at feedback@billmonitor.com or simply click here.
